Eating disorders aren’t a choice: you were hard-wired this way. You have the support and resources to heal at your own pace, in your own way.
The process looks different for everyone. We all know some days end in defeat and tears. Don’t compare your journey to anyone else’s. Be proud of baby steps.

There’s no victory too small to celebrate:

〰️saying “no” when you need to set the boundary
〰️adding on to lunch what you missed for am snack
〰️going grocery shopping even though you’re exhausted
〰️showing up to treatment when you want to skip
〰️choosing the better option, not the safer one
〰️telling on your eating disorder
〰️body checking less today than the day before
